The Aryavrata Steel Sponge Iron manufacturing unit is spread across an expanse of 25 acres. Sponge iron is a metallic product produced through direct reduction of iron ore in the solid-state. Along with easy handling and transportation due to its size, the Sponge Iron has many more advantages leading to its popularity. Aryavrata Steel has a team of 250 employees consisting of highly qualified engineers, managers and skilled laborers. With decades of experience and an annual turnover of over 100 crores, we have been a regular supplier to many prestigious groups in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and neighbouring countries. Sponge Iron

With a capacity of 200 TPA, we produce superior quality Sponge Iron at our Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant.

Manufacturing

We manufacture high-quality sponge iron that meets the industry standard at our DRI plant at Jhargram, West Bengal. Our geographical proximity to our source of raw material gives us an edge in production cost and timely delivery.

Exports

40% of our produce is exported to neighbouring countries. We are one of the favorable exporters of Sponge Iron due to our product quality and excellent service.
